Show Up

Come in 15 -30 minutes early. We don’t want you rushing to your float appointment. Come in. Sit down and take a breath. Our staff will walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

Float

Enter your float room, shower, and do what you came here to do- find your inner happy. Your room is private, so you can float in your birthday suit or in a swimsuit, it’s up to you. We provide you with a towel and wash cloth, robe, slippers, ear plugs, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and disposable comb. If you have thick hair or a favorite hair brush, we encourage you to bring your own. You may want to bring  a storage case for your contact lenses, so you can remove them during your float.

Glow

After your float, shower again to rinse off the Epsom salts, get changed, and regroup- enjoy some tea, get grounded in our mediation lounge, browse our retail, share your experience in our community journal, and enjoy the after-float glow.
